RETURN POLICY

RETURNS FOR REFUND

All Returns for refund must be received within 30 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt (email confirmations or internet order copies will not be accepted) as well as either an RMA number provided by an authorized EPCOM employee. RMAs are valid for 7 days from date of issue and must be received within that time.

Returns must be securely packaged, prepaid and shipped via a secure carrier. EPCOM is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to us.

All returns for refund must be received in resalable condition and must be accompanied by the original packing material, manuals and any other accessories provided with the original delivery.

Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered non-defective returns and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all incurred shipping charges regardless of the method used to order the product.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for any reason.

All returns of defective or working merchandise may be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of EPCOM management.

Once an order has been processed, any measures that must be taken to correct either the merchandise in the order or the shipping method or location will be considered a non-defective return and subject to any policies that apply to such a return.

QUICK RMA FORM

Any order may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for refund or exchange using the Quick RMA form available at 678-300-2838. \ item being returned to you.

For all returns please use a secured means to get the product back to us. For your own protection we recommend UPS or Certified US mail with insurance ( Please DO NOT use Delivery Confirmation ) It is the customers responsibility to make sure the products gets to our facility safely. Thank You

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Special Order items, not normally stocked by EPCOM, that have been requested by the customer are purchased by the customer under a no refund, no exchange policy. The item description will state 'Special Order, No refunds' on the invoice.

CROSS SHIPMENT

A cross shipment is considered a new order and is charged the full price of the product plus a non-refundable shipping and handling fee. The defective product must be returned with all accessories within seven (7) business days for credit. No refund will be issued after thirty (30) days of the purchase date or if the product is returned incomplete. A 15% restocking fee will apply if these directions are not followed. NOTE: All returns for refund, exchange or upgrade for orders that were placed on-line without the assistance of a Coast to Coast employee may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of EPCOM management

PLEASE NOTE - As per company policy we do not provide nor do we offer to provide installation instructions for any module we sell. If proper installation instructions cannot be obtained from the owner's manual or manufacturer of the computer, we recommend that you employ the services of a competent computer professional. Seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of using or attempting to us one of our items.

Technical support is available 24 hours through by phone (678-300-2838) from Monday - Friday, 10am until 5pm, Eastern Time.

In the event you receive a product that does not work in your computer or is not correct for your computer you will need to obtain an RMA for replacement or refund. There are 2 ways you can do this:

Quick RMA:
If you wish to return a purchase for exchange or refund and do not require the assistance of our technical staff, you can submit the return using our Quick RMA form available by fax. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a reason why with the return to 678-623-0762.

Phone Support :
If you are unsure about the replacement product you require, you can obtain assistance from our technical support department at 678-300-2838 from Monday - Friday, 10am until 5pm, Eastern Time (excluding Holidays). Please have the following information available when you call:

Your order number.
Your billing address.
The original receipt/invoice supplied with your order.
The complete model number of the computer or motherboard for which your purchase is intended (this will be necessary to guarantee compatibility).

When returning a purchase, please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package and a copy of the original invoice inside the package.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

EPCOM reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without notice to the customer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, EPCOM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EPCOM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EPCOM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty/System Revisions

WARRANTY

Seller's memory has a lifetime warranty against physical and functional defects. This does not apply to system or software compatibility or for parts ordered and installed improperly by the purchaser. Since this is a self-installed product, Coast to Coasts Liability shall be limited to the refund (for 30 days from date of purchase) or replacement of memory only.

GUARANTEE OF COMPATIBILITY

Our Guarantee of Compatibility extends only to information we provide with respect to a specific computer application. It does not extend to information provided by the manufacturer, other sources or the experience of the end user or their technical staff. In the event that information we provide proves to be erroneous, restitution shall be limited to replacement at current market value of the correct part or a refund of the incorrect items and the outbound shipping charges only.

SYSTEM REVISIONS

Revisions to your computer that cause memory that was working, to stop working, are not covered under our warranty and return policies. We only guarantee the memory to work under the conditions for which the memory was first sold.
The following customer changes are examples that will void our replacement/return warranty (this list may change without notice); Changing your processor, Changing your motherboard, changing your firmware, updating your BIOS, overclocking , Adding additional memory that is not compatible with our memory, altering the module in any way.
